Shipping and delivery

 

Once we receive your completed purchase, your order will be processed immediately.

You will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided, with your receipt, total purchase cost, product list, and shipment tracking number. You will be able to track the delivery status online via the shipping and delivery provider.

Your products will be delivered within 2-5 business days from placing your order and up to 10 business days during our seasonal promotions and sale seasons. The products whose design will be chosen (different from the actual products on the site and in the company's store) will be delivered through the site within 15 working days.

 

Shipping and delivery charges are subject to change according to the governorate and the region to which the product is to be delivered

Shipping and delivery charges outside Greater Cairo are to be agreed upon by telephone with the specialists in shipping services within the company.

Exchange and refund policy

 

We thank you for choosing the Egyptian German Company for Decoration and Wood to buy your favorite products, and we are pleased to serve you.

Sometimes your mind may change in relation to the products you have purchased, not yours. We in Egyptian German will do what we can to complete

The process of return or exchange is as simple and smooth as possible.

We have facilitated the return or exchange process for you through the following procedures:

 

Time period policy for the return or exchange of purchases

 

Return or exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase.

 

Return or exchange policy for purchases

 

This policy applies to the product being in its sealed packaging and in the same original condition when purchased.

- Upon return, it is necessary to return all accessories and gifts received with the product upon purchase in its original packaging.

- Products that have been opened and have a manufacturing defect can be replaced by the same item, provided that the customer delivers them to the Egyptian German Company for Decoration and Woods with a technical report from the technical support department within the company.

- In the event of return or replacement, the customer must deliver the device to the company's headquarters while adhering to the above conditions.

 

Return and exchange procedures

 

- The customer can return or replace the purchases for free, provided that the conditions mentioned in the above articles are met

A copy of the purchase invoice must be attached when starting the procedures for exchanging or returning products.

- The customer shall bear all the shipping expenses that were paid in both cases.

 

Refund methods

- The customer has the option to retrieve the value of his purchases or replace it with another product, as the customer chooses.

- To retrieve the value of purchases made by credit cards or online payment methods, the amount will be entered into the customer's balance, which can be used when purchasing another product.

 

Exclusions that are not covered by the return and exchange policy

 

Damage resulting from misuse.

- The product does not match in terms of colors or any other appearance compared to the product when received during the purchase process and as it is indicated in the purchase invoice.

Products that have been specially manufactured for the customer in the sizes and colors that have been chosen by him and cannot be used by another customer.

 

Privacy Notice

 

- The company is not responsible for the loss of any data pertaining to the customer during the replacement or return process.

 

- The customer is fully responsible for the condition of the product upon move in case of replacement.

 

Other terms and conditions

 

- The customer has the right to receive the items purchased within a maximum period of one month from the date of purchase.

- In the event that receiving the product is postponed by the customer, the customer has the right to request the service of storing the purchased items at the Egyptian German Company for Decoration and Wood for a fee of 10% of the total value of the stored products for each month that is stored.

- In the event that receiving the product is postponed by the customer, the Egyptian German Company for Decoration and Woods has the right to add 10% of the total value of the stored products for each month of delay in receipt to be collected in cash from the customer.

 

Cancel requests

 

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of completing the purchase process for products inside the stok.

Orders can be canceled and the freight value shall be borne when the customer receives the products inside the stove.

Orders made with customer specifications cannot be canceled after 24 hours from the date of purchase.
